NOTE: According to the Northern Virginia
Association of Realtors, the Northern Virginia Region includes the counties
of Arlington, Culpeper, Fairfax, Fauquier, Loudoun, Madison, Orange, Prince
William and Rappahannock, and the cities of Alexandria, Fairfax, Falls
Church, Manassas, and Manassas Park. The counties of Madison, Orange, and
Rappahannock are not included in the Washington-Arlington-Alexandria,
DC-VA-MD-WV Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA).
